Bargain basement delicious bed

Arriving in the middle of the earthquake the sky high hotel with rooftop Infinity pool I had so carefully selected suddenly didn’t seem like a sensible choice! Coupled with a 3+ hour wait for taxis I decided to opt instead for a hotel close to the airport. I’m here 10 minutes drive away, but the hotel lacked in decor and facilities it completely made up for with the amazing customer service and huge double bed with deliciously crisp cotton sheets. I slept like a dream, worries about the earthquake left far behind. In the morning I enjoyed a dip in the small but clean outdoor pool followed by a yummy breakfast. Certainly not the rats but are only £20, breakfast included who is complaining! Photo is of the super comfy sofa in reception.
