Pier 21 Food Court

The Pier 21 food court is on the fifth floor of Terminal 21 mall. It has a neat San Francisco theme, and the prices here are the cheapest we have found so far in terms of mall food courts. We have managed to have a full meal for two people for under 200 baht. You load a card with some money and go around to the stalls. When you are done eating, you can cash out the remaining balance on the card before leaving.
