#Sukhumvit Cafe Afternoon Tea at Intercontinental Sukhumvit Hotel, with desserts made in collaboration with Kanvela, a famous craft chocolate brand from Chiang Mai, allowing us to pair tea with desserts made from various types of chocolate. There are 3 desserts served with tea: 🍫 Chocolate Noisette Brownie and Hazelnut Mousse I personally like it very much. It uses 70% Dark Chocolate with fruity tones and dried fruits. It goes very well with Earl Grey and Black Chinese tea. 🍓 Strawberry Cake This piece is incredibly pink. It is vanilla sabé with strawberry mousse and jelly made from White Chocolate. The inner layer is magnificent. It is served with Silver Moon green tea, which will help make it even sweeter and smoother. 🌰 Caramel Tartlet The last piece is also beautifully made. It is a vanilla tart and caramel sauce using White Chocolate topped with peanuts. It is served with Creme Caramel red tea. In addition, Kanvela has also designed chocolates in collaboration with the hotel. It is a special pattern that emphasizes Thai fabric patterns. In fact, this area is part of The Lobby, a cafe in front of the hotel's lobby.
