What is your life destination? And along the way, have we grown? "On the Way" by Kowit Wattanarat, an exhibition that takes us back to review the path of life through the eyes of a little boy, 'Kume' In a world full of destinations that people chase after, "On the Way" invites us to take a break and explore 'along the way' to see what we have actually learned from what we have encountered and how those things have changed us. The artist tells stories from the artist's own life experiences, thoughts, dreams, and hopes through the character of 'Kume', a little boy in a yellow dress with big round eyes, representing the feelings of youth who are both stubborn, brave, and purely honest with their own emotions. Each piece conveys different moments of the journey, whether it be confusion, anger, or the tenderness hidden in Kume's small smile, which is a reflection of growth, both from the artist's perspective and from the audience who have all been there.
