The hot pot ingredients include meat soup, state banquet fish, and Fuzhou meatballs from Dafeng in Monga. Each one is full of flavor and has a sweet taste of old-fashioned flavor. (It is recommended not to cook the state banquet fish for too long) I don't need to say anything about Taiwanese fried chicken. Because it is so popular, the dishes on the table are often not fully prepared, but the replenishment speed is still relatively fast. The long-standing Jinfeng Braised Pork Rice has mostly fatty meat, but it is balanced by mushrooms so it is not too greasy and goes well with rice. However, you have to resist eating too much because there are so many delicious things in Jiduo and you have to distribute the stomach capacity fairly.
