The resort has high-quality domestic geothermal tepid springs

'Jiuhua Villa' is located in Xiaotangshan Town, Changping District, Beijing. It is a comprehensive garden-style resort that integrates accommodation, catering, hot springs, recreation, shopping and other functions. Xiaotangshan Town is a well-known 'Hometown of Hot Springs', and has been a place where literati and scholars have lingered since the Southern and Northern Dynasties. During the Yuan Dynasty, it was developed into a royal garden. In the fifth year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1666), the Tangquan Palace was built here. In 1997, 'Jiuhua Villa' was built on the site of the old palace, and the large-scale hot spring theme park is a major feature of the villa.
