In the past, Beiwucun had a Ming Dynasty disaster relief dock and was also the legendary place of the Dragon King's dock. The park is divided into East and West gardens. The East Garden covers 22 hectares and reflects historical and cultural themes, borrowing the scenery of the Summer Palace and Yuquan Mountain, and contains four major scenic areas. The West Garden covers 11.2 hectares and emphasizes leisure and fitness functions. The park mainly features natural landscapes, focuses on the protection of historical and cultural heritage, and creates garden landscapes. Inside the park, there are sculptures related to traditional agriculture, such as planting rice seedlings, plowing once, plowing twice, and transplanting rice seedlings, designed based on Emperor Kangxi's "Peiwenzhai Farming and Weaving Pictures".
