Especially when visiting at night - immerse yourself in the joy of being embraced by blue-purple neon lights. Overlooking the entire terrace with its full-on cyberpunk vibe, with the evening breeze caressing your face, you might momentarily feel like you've stumbled into an afterparty of some underground music festival. I must say, their Spicy Crayfish with a mallet blow is absolutely divine at first bite! The rich aroma of the big bone marrow combined with the crayfish's freshness - after sucking the meat, gnawing the bones, and finally mixing noodles with the broth, it's a triple whammy of happiness that's hard to describe! Then there's the Stone Pot White Shrimp - that flaming presentation 🔥 truly set my heart racing. The large shrimp were incredibly fresh and sweet. The Rushan oysters were so plump they looked like they'd just been hauled from the sea, each as big as your palm! The Spicy Mouthwatering Frog paired with an ice-cold beer was pure bliss - felt like my taste buds were dancing. Sitting here with friends from 8 PM until closing, it suddenly struck me - this is exactly how Beijing summers should be spent!
