Wat Sapan, Bo Kluea

Wat Sapan was established in 1826 by Chao Phor Phaya Tin, who led the villagers in clearing the forest and founding the village. Within the temple grounds, there is a shrine dedicated to Chao Phor Phaya Tin, built by the villagers. The temple structures include one monk's residence made of wood, a vihara (main hall) constructed with reinforced concrete in 2002, a drum tower, and a kitchen. Sacred objects include the principal Buddha image in the vihara, in the Mara Vichaya posture, with a lap size created in 2014. If you visit Sapan Village, don't forget to stop by and make a wish!
