Bucheon Sang-dong's Must-Visit Spot for Kaymak: Uptown Coffee

The outdoor seating area features camping chairs and tables, making it a great spot to take a short break. Inside, the space is spacious, comfortable, and well air-conditioned, allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee without worrying about the heat. The café also sells coffee beans and displays LP records, creating a unique and charming atmosphere. We ordered an Americano, Tropical Iced Tea, and Kaymak with Ciabatta. The drinks and dessert were brought directly to our table, so we could relax while waiting. The iced Americano had a deep, nutty flavor rather than acidity, leaving a strong impression with its rich aroma, befitting a roastery café. The Tropical Iced Tea suited my friend's taste perfectly, though I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Kaymak with Ciabatta. The ciabatta was generously topped with honey and kaymak, making it the best kaymak dish I've ever had. The combination of honey and cream felt natural and paired perfectly with the bread. I highly recommend it! With a variety of dessert options available, I’m already looking forward to trying other baked goods on my next visit.
