Hungary Matthias Church

If you visit Hungary, you should definitely visit Matthias Church. This is the church where Elisabeth's coronation took place. The exterior is stunningly beautiful, but once inside, there are many murals and stained glass, and it's fun just to look at each one. The inside of the church has a solemn atmosphere that makes you feel as if you have traveled to the time when Elisabeth lived, and it makes you feel mysterious. On the second floor, there are exhibits of the ornaments that she actually wore, so it's exciting to look at them while thinking about what she would have worn in that era.
