Visit the Lanna Art Dharma Hall at Phra Singh Woramahawihan Temple

Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, or as Chiang Mai locals call it, Wat Phra Singh, is a temple for people born in the Year of the Horse. It is located inside the inner moat on Samlan Road, Phra Singh Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District. It is an important temple in Chiang Mai Province. It enshrines Phra Singh (Phra Buddha Sihing), a Chiang Saen style Buddha image, a sacred Buddha image of Chiang Mai and the Lanna region. You can see the mural paintings. It is the center of Chiang Mai people’s minds to pay homage and pray for blessings. In addition to the ordination hall, there are many other places to worship at the back. The golden chedi is very beautiful. There is convenient parking inside. There are local clothes for sale in the parking lot. The bathrooms are clean.
