[Saitama🐦] Delicious soba noodles at a famous restaurant in Chichibu🥢

#AbsolutelyFreeTrip On the way back from sightseeing in Chichibu, I went to Inakaya 🥢 This area is in the countryside, so most shops close early, but this shop seemed to be open late, so I went there. I learned for the first time that Chichibu in Saitama is famous for soba noodles 😯 When I think of soba noodles, I have a strong image of Nagano, but I was surprised to find out that it's also famous in Saitama ☺️ When I arrived, it was full, so I waited a little, but I was seated within 10 minutes. There were a lot of menus, so I was worried, but I ordered the Chichibu set for ¥2000, which is packed with all the specialties of Chichibu. For an additional ¥300, I asked for walnut sauce 🩷 The set included a mixed bowl of waraji katsu and pork miso, grilled shiitake mushrooms, miso potatoes, shakushina pickles, and handmade soba noodles 😍 The miso in the miso potatoes, a specialty of Chichibu, is incredibly delicious!!! 👏🏻 The potatoes are not dry and you won't get tired of eating it! The walnut sauce was very rich and went well with the chewy soba noodles, it was so delicious🥹✨ I was worried that the portion size would be too much, but I was able to eat it with ease! I recommend this for those who want to try everything🤩 There are also izakaya menu items, wild boar meat, venison, and more, so you won't be able to stomach it!
