[Hatchobori] A creative bistro opening in May 2024

A creative bistro restaurant in Hatchobori. It has a stylish atmosphere and is easy to enter. It seems like it would be easy to use even if you're alone. I sat at a table on the first floor, but it seemed like there were seats on the second floor as well. I ordered a bottle of wine and a few dishes. The food was a little salty overall, so I wonder if it would be good for people who don't drink alcohol? ◼️ Appetizer • Ham and Shiraae Monaka • Cajun Baby Corn • Mushroom Tart (Sweet) • Truffle Edamame ◼️ Fresh Fish and Flower Carpaccio Red sea bream carpaccio served with kelp jelly, parsley sauce, and plum sauce. The sauce was stronger than I expected, but parsley sauce is rare! It was a nice accent ◎ ◼️Truffle croquette It looked like a truffle, but it wasn't really truffle flavored (but it seems to have truffle oil on it). It had a strong potato flavor. ◼️Seasonal vegetables steamed in a cocotte The bagna cauda sauce was quite rich. It was delicious even without anything on it. ◼️Hybrid fried horse mackerel Fried horse mackerel sandwiched between bread. The tartar sauce with anchovies and other ingredients was the best. ◼️Volcano penne arrabiata A dish with lots of penne arrabiata under melted cheese. It was delicious when mixed with the cheese. ◼️Beef steak with burnt butter A bit buttery? A good amount of meat is served, so it would be good to share it with 4 people. The ventilated salmon roe tartine and cocotte rice, which I didn't order this time, are also popular. Please note that it takes about 40 minutes from ordering to preparation of the cocotte meal.
