#JuneTravelSupport Sharing my impressions while walking around Coogee Beach. This area is a perfect place for a walk, with the beauty of the beach and the warmth of the community. ⸻ 🏖️ Coogee Beach and its surroundings Coogee Beach is smaller than Bondi Beach, but it has a quieter and more cozy atmosphere. The beach is clean and the waves are calm, making it perfect for families. There are many cafes and restaurants around the beach, making it a great place to take a break during your walk. () ⸻ 🌿 Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk Coogee Beach is located at one end of the 6km coastal walk that leads to Bondi Beach. This walk passes beautiful coastal cliffs and several beaches, offering a variety of views along the way. Most of the walk is paved, making it easy to walk, and there are benches and toilets along the way to rest.  ⸻ 🏞️ Local Attractions • Wylie’s Baths: A saltwater swimming pool located at the southern end of the beach, with a view of the ocean. () • Wedding Cake Island: An island located approximately 1km off the beach that acts as a protection point for the beach from waves.  • Coogee Surf Life Saving Club: Established in 1907, this club is responsible for the safety of the community and runs a variety of water activities.  ⸻ Coogee Beach and its surrounding areas are a mix of coastal beauty and community warmth, making them an ideal place to stroll and spend some leisurely time.
