Resonant Sand Bay Desert

Resonant Sand Bay, located in Dalad Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, covers a total area of 24 square kilometers and is a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction. It is the desert resort closest to inland China and Beijing, often referred to by visitors as the "Disneyland in the Desert." Resonant Sand Bay consists of five major areas: Lotus Sand Resort Island, Fortune Sand Resort Island, One Grain Sand Resort, Joy Sand Leisure Island, and Fairy Sand Leisure Island. Each section has its own unique features and distinct charm. The sand sliding activity here is particularly famous. Starting from the top of the dunes and sliding down, you can hear the surrounding sand making strange sounds—some as low as a frog's croak, others as loud as a car's roar. The phenomenon of the singing sands at Resonant Sand Bay remains a mystery to this day.
