[Korea, Chungcheongnam-do, Karatsu City] A restaurant highly recommended for those who like lamb and Chinese food

#AbsolutelyFreeTrip Today I went to "Cheongjiyangkochi", a restaurant that specializes in authentic lamb skewers (yangkochi) run by a Chinese owner. I've been interested in this restaurant for a while because I can enjoy the authentic taste. First, we ordered "high-quality lamb chops" according to the number of people, and added "guo ba rou" (꿔바로우), "mala tofu" (마라두부), and "fried dried tofu" (건두부볶음) as side dishes. We also chose "cucumber salad" as a complimentary option. The lamb chops were slowly grilled over charcoal while each person served the dishes that came out earlier onto their own plates. The fried dried tofu had a light and healthy taste, and the guo ba rou was crisp on the outside and juicy inside, which was very satisfying. The mala tofu had a spicy and stimulating taste. - The lamb chops for the main course were very easy to eat, with almost no distinctive lamb flavor. There was no unnecessary oiliness and they were very refreshing. I was also pleased that the slight richness of the fat was nicely offset by the cucumber salad. - At the end of the meal, I ordered "egg fried rice" to replenish the carbohydrates I was missing.
