Dazaifu Amusement Park

An amusement park for children from the Showa era. It has the same taste as Kamino Park in Saga, but since it is attached to one of Fukuoka's major tourist spots, it is much more crowded. Most of the rides are ones that my 4-year-old son can enjoy, but the roller coaster is scary enough even for adults, so it looks like it would be fun for elementary school students and up. Tickets are 2,300 yen plus admission fee for a free pass, so the total price is quite good. Most rides require parents to be accompanied by a guardian for 4-year-olds due to age restrictions, so parents also need to buy a free pass or a 1,000 yen ticket (worth 1,100 yen). Please note that the free pass could not be used alternately between parents, but it would have been nice to have that service. #fukuokatrip
