Currently there are two buildings. Ishidaya ESHIKOTO store is a retail store for sake and traditional crafts. There are many sakes that can only be purchased here. Restaurant Apéro & Pâtisserie acoya I think it's difficult to eat even on weekdays unless you make a reservation. I couldn't eat, but the sake lees soft serve ice cream was rich and very delicious. Total site area is about 30,000 tsubo. The facility will be built on about 10,000 tsubo of that. In the future, they will expand the accommodation facilities with sauna facilities and glamping.
