Fox Glacier Viewpoint / Te Kopikopiko O Te Waka

#newzealandtrip This place, though easily missed will probably be one of the best spots to admire the beauty of glacier country. You see the top parts of Fox glacier and Mount Tasman and i think even Mount Cook (New Zealands second highest and highest mountains) in the background and the green meadows of the west coast in the front. By car it is just a few minutes from the intersection to Lake Matheson at the start of the gravel road to the Gillespies Beach. Also in good reach if you rent a bike in Fox Glacier village. Well worth visiting.
