Manshozan Jotenji Temple: The Origin of Hakata's Flour-Based Food Culture

Located in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Manshozan Jotenji Temple is an ancient temple of the Rinzai sect's Tofukuji school, founded by Zen master Shoichi Kokushi (Enni) in 1242.
