Walk Back for a Deeper Look at Local Life Instead of taking a taxi back to town, we suggest walking down from the monastery. The descent offers a unique look at the monks’ homes, small shrines, and traditional Tibetan houses tucked into the hillside. This peaceful walk also leads you into the old quarter of Ganzi, full of charm and history. 🛍️ 3.
