Honghe Academy in Mengzi is a comprehensive cultural venue integrating culture, education, and tourism. Transportation: 1. By car: From Kunming, take the G80 Guangkun Expressway for about 3 hours. There is a parking lot near the academy, but parking spaces within the academy are limited. 2. By bus: Take a long-distance bus from Kunming South Bus Station to Honghe Prefecture, then transfer to a local bus or taxi. 3. By train: Take a train from Kunming Railway Station to Honghe Prefecture, then transfer to a local bus or taxi. 4. Opening hours: Monday to Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm 5. Holidays: Opening hours are usually extended. Check the official website or call in advance. 2. Tickets: Admission was free when we visited. Reservations are required, either in advance or on-site. We made an on-site reservation. Visiting Route: 1. Enter through the main gate, and the first thing you'll see is the academy's landmark building, the Library. It houses a large collection of ancient and modern books, representing the soul of the academy. 2.
