Guangzhou Art Museum (New Building) - The shape is like "kapok flowers blooming in the water", reflecting the Guangzhou Tower

The new Guangzhou Art Museum, also known as the Guangzhou Art Museum, is located in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, adjacent to the Canton Tower (Xiaoshi Manyao). It was officially opened to the public in early November 2023 and has become another new cultural landmark in Guangzhou. The new building is themed on "kapok flowers blooming in the water". The exterior curtain wall is made up of more than 20,000 pieces of fish-scale photovoltaic glass. The whole looks like a three-dimensional kapok petal. Especially after nightfall, the main building's architectural glass with colored aluminum panels lights up, reflecting the Guangzhou Tower, which is gorgeous and unique. The first thing that catches your eye inside the room is the 40-meter-high glass dome.
