Introducing the ramen shop 〖Butanjin・BUTANCHU〗 This shop is a chain and I went to the Konkuk University branch this time! The inside of the shop is not that big, but I was able to get a seat even at lunchtime on a weekday. The ramen I ordered this time was 〖Toko Tonkotsu Ramen〗🍜 You can also choose the base, such as soy sauce or salt☝️ You can also adjust the type of noodles, the thickness of the sauce, garlic, bean sprouts, and green onions to your liking. I chose the Toko Tonkotsu Ramen with straight noodles, a thick sauce, and lots of ingredients🍜lol The ramen had a very rich soup, lots of vegetables, and soft char siu, and it went great with beer! 🍺 I'm interested in the gyoza and fried rice, so I'd like to go again!
