#June Travel Support Fund The Gyeongju National Museum exhibits pottery from various eras, from the Neolithic Age to the Bronze Age and the Three Kingdoms Period. From simple storage jars to geometrically patterned pottery and decorative pottery shaped like ducks or birds, the shapes and uses are very diverse. The changes in pottery go beyond the simple evolution of tools and show how people’s lives and artistic senses have developed. In particular, rare artifacts such as duck-shaped pottery are valuable materials that allow us to glimpse into the worldview of people at that time. Each small pottery piece has a story, so it’s great to slowly look around and share your impressions with each other.
