Time Hits Different on Yeonhwado

#summervacay Spent a day wandering around Yeonhwado and honestly? Kinda obsessed now. It’s one of those chill little islands that doesn’t try too hard, but ends up being super cool anyway. The ferry ride over was short and sweet, and the moment you step off, it’s like everything slows down. No big crowds, no noise, just fresh air, ocean views, and that "I’m on an island" feeling. I walked around with zero plan, just following the paths and soaking in the calm. You’ve got rocky coastlines, quiet beaches, and little fishing boats doing their thing. There’s a small village vibe, with friendly locals and a couple of seafood spots that hit the spot (grilled fish = yes). I even found a random lookout point with views that looked straight out of a postcard. If you’re into peaceful escapes, coastal walks, and low-key nature vibes, Yeonhwado’s the move. Nothing fancy, just pure, simple island energy. Loved it.
