I was looking for food in Central and Sheung Wan during my early holidays. I always eat Western food. This time I tried Chinese food. First is the day stew: looking at the soup color is very clear, but unexpectedly quite rich soup ingredients are very plentiful, there are chicken, lean meat, chicken legs, dried shrimp, snail head, monkey head girl, most importantly, enough hot, full of ingredients, enough flavor. Wenxing Char Siu King: Use fat and thin parts, the most afraid of eating thin, like eating firewood and will be too greasy to eat fat paste so obviously have carefully chosen, really fat and thin, eat so much char siu in my life, must be the top three good food, this is really a must. Thai Cherry Duck: Reported to be selected from Thailand imported, premium cherry duck, raised with shells and grilled with a secret sauce. Sesame with eggplant: Eggplant with sesame sauce, the right way will not lose, quite appetizing, eggplant will not be too soft, with mouthfeel. Mustard Crispy Shrimp Balls: The shrimp is fried, not overheated, the surface is not thick, the shrimp is fresh, not moldy, bouncy, mustard sauce enough flavor but not too heavy on the nose. Grilled beef with bean sprouts: handmade dish, stewed beef ribs with white carrots. The white carrots are big enough, and the beef ribs are rich enough. Wen Hing Signature Fried Rice: Served in a casserole, I heard the crackling sound, just fried. Dessert was a coconut roll: not too sweet, coconut flavor, most notably the mouthfeel very smoky. Without walking around the rest of the restaurant, I saw that there were ten or eight tables, all seated. The environment was clean and spacious and the waiters were proactive and polite.
