Copper's Bay: Unlimited Hours Italian Seafood Brunch Buffet

This past weekend, my partner and I enjoyed a pretty impressive brunch buffet 👍🏻👍🏻 You can dine for up to three hours 🕐 The buffet features appetizers, seafood, and desserts, all made with premium imported Italian ingredients—everything was incredibly fresh 😀 The salad bar offers a variety of options, including roasted and mixed salads, avocado, and burrata cheese paired with tomatoes. Additionally, we got to try caviar and black truffle dishes, such as truffle caviar crab scrambled eggs. The lobster bisque is a must-try, with its fiery presentation 🔥—a visual treat 💯. The seafood selection is abundant, featuring fresh lobster, snow crab legs, chilled shrimp, and mussels. Each pair of diners also receives a complimentary sashimi platter, including salmon, lionfish, red shrimp, and caviar. For dessert, you absolutely have to try their waffles 🧇, which are freshly made in-house 😃. The waffles are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 🤪.
