A Scenic and Less Crowded Hiking Route

Take a boat from Ma Liu Shui → Sam Chung (if time permits, you can walk a short distance towards Yung Shue O on the right, as the scenery there is also stunning) → Turn left at Sam Chung Pier → Head towards the grassland → Shek Shek Au → Kei Ma Tung → Shek Shek Au → Take a boat from Lai Chi Chong Pier → Return to Ma Liu Shui Although Kei Ma Tung is only 207 meters above sea level, the trail is not well-defined and is surrounded by dense grass. The summit of Kei Ma Tung offers an open view, with breathtaking sights of Ma On Shan, Sharp Peak, Wong Chuk Kok Tsui, and other bays.
