The Enchantment of Chadong Ancient Town

#favouriteitinerary A while ago, I visited Chadong Ancient Town, known as the "Treasure Land of One Foot Crossing Three Provinces." The town is rich in history and culture, with free entry making it easily accessible. I took the Lala Ferry, a 2 RMB ride from Chadong Ancient Pier to Hong'an Ancient Town. I also enjoyed a leisurely 25 RMB Wupeng Boat ride to Cuicui Island, adding a romantic touch to the journey. The Chairman Mao Quotations Tower, opposite the pier, was another fascinating sight. Visiting during the local market day on the 15th of the lunar month offered a glimpse into the vibrant local culture. Despite the rain, the unique charm of Chadong Ancient Town shone through, making it a memorable experience.
