Accessible only by boat from Hvar, the setting is peaceful and stunning, with tables under palm trees overlooking clear blue waters. I tried the lobster tortellini and the semi-cured monkfish—both beautifully prepared and full of fresh Mediterranean flavors. The organic meats from Rhug Estate were a unique treat, and the semifreddo dessert with lavender and almonds was the perfect finish.
