Ishigaki Beef Sashimi Sushi

Ishigaki beef can be enjoyed in many ways, with the most common being grilled. Whether it's tabletop grilling, electric grilling, or charcoal grilling, all are excellent choices (6000-12000 yen). Other options include Ishigaki beef burgers (2200 yen), Ishigaki beef curry rice (1500 yen), Ishigaki beef noodles or set meals (1800 yen)... But my personal favorite is the Ishigaki beef sashimi sushi offered at local izakayas. Each serving comes with two pieces, a small dish packed with flavor (700-1200 yen).
