Starting from IU Hotel to Jingshan Museum, you can choose to drive yourself. If you prefer not to drive, you can first go to Jingshan Bus Station and then take a taxi to the museum. Jingshan Museum is located in the Hot Spring New District of Jingshan City. Its history dates back to July 1982 when the People's Government of Jingshan County issued a document to establish the Jingshan County Museum. It is a comprehensive local museum integrating cultural relic collection, protection and research, exhibition and publicity, and educational services. It was also among the first batch of museums in China to offer free admission to the public. The museum houses multiple exhibitions. In "The Glory of Jingshan—Exhibition of Jingshan's Historical and Cultural Heritage," you can see various artifacts from the Paleolithic Age to modern times that reflect the historical and cultural development of Jingshan, such as bronze ware, jade artifacts, and stone tools, which silently narrate the long history of Jingshan. "Eternal Bronze—Bronze Culture Exhibition" is a must-see, featuring numerous exquisitely crafted bronze artifacts, like the Zeng Boqi Pot and Zengzi Dan Li from the Western Zhou Dynasty, leaving visitors in awe of the brilliance of ancient bronze culture. In "Galloping in Hongshan—Exhibition of Jingshan's Revolutionary History" and "Treading the Green Mountains—Exhibition of Zhang Wenqiu's Life Story," you can delve into the revolutionary history of the Jingshan region and the life of Zhang Wenqiu, a legendary female Communist Party member, through precious cultural relics, photographs, and documents. These exhibitions deeply convey the indomitable and heroic spirit of the revolutionary pioneers who fought tirelessly for their ideals and beliefs. After visiting Jingshan Museum, I was filled with awe and reflection. It felt like a journey through time, traveling from ancient eras to modern times, deepening my understanding of Jingshan beyond its surface and into its cultural roots. Every artifact and every piece of history filled me with greater respect for this land and a deeper appreciation for the life we have today.
