In search of ABC

This is ABC (air bath campur) directly translated as mixed ice. This is my favourite during a very very hot day. And things are always funny. When you are looking for it you can’t find it. When you are not looking they are everywhere. So on this one very hot afternoon I was craving ABC with mom and we went searching and found this in GD cafe in Jadehill Sungai Chua. It comes with shaved iced and the good ones the ice must be shaved like snow. And it comes with lots of condiments and my favourite are the ones with peanuts! It’s sweet. Mom had one without condensed milk, mine with lots. And the better ones use brown sugar syrup. And some with a topping of ice cream It saved our very hot day!
