When you think of Yamanashi, you think of Houtou 🍜

Located right outside the south exit of Kofu Station in Yamanashi Prefecture, Koshu Houtou Kosaku Kofu Ekimae Branch is here. I asked a taxi driver (at a restaurant in front of the station) for a recommendation and he introduced me to this restaurant. (It's a pretty famous restaurant 😂) It was crowded during the lunch rush, but it was still reasonably crowded (within the waiting range). There were a lot of houtou dishes on the menu. (Pork, pumpkin, red beans, spicy kalbi, etc...) The flat, thick noodles are the best. There were also plenty of vegetables. It was quite voluminous. I was so full I couldn't finish it 😂 I also had sukiyaki on another occasion 😃 (It takes time to make after receiving an order, but they asked if that was okay) This was also chewy and delicious 😋 I'd like to eat it again in the cold season.
