Kitakyushu Travel: Featured on Kenmin Show

During my trip to Kokura in Kitakyushu, I visited a long-established diner with a 40-year history that serves Kokura's specialty "Nukadaki," which I had seen on the TV show "Himitsu no Kenmin SHOW." 🍚 This diner prides itself on its homely, motherly flavors and sources organic and low-pesticide vegetables from contracted farmers, showing their commitment to quality ingredients. It was incredibly fluffy and super delicious!!
