Speaking of Nagano, it's soba! So I went to the "Soba Restaurant You Can Get To by Helicopter" that is famous for the commercial featuring Yamada Takayuki and Oguri Shun! The restaurant is located at the top of a mountain, and on weekends, there is a line as soon as it opens. My recommendation is the "Oroshi Bukkake" - grated daikon radish topped with thick soba broth and eaten with soba. On my second visit, I was thinking how delicious it was, when lo and behold, someone actually came by helicopter to eat there!!!
