I walked into a Michelin recommended restaurant 😋

📫 59, Jln Yew, Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur 🍲 It was almost lunch time when we arrived at Pudu, so we decided to stay here and look for a nearby restaurant. Later we chose Xuan Kee Claypot Chicken Rice. 🔥 There are several rows of open charcoal stoves lined up in front of the restaurant's door. The chefs are busy fanning the fire with sunflower leaf fans, which is very impressive. At the same time, the air is filled with some charcoal ash, which adds a touch of flavor to the freshly cooked signature clay pot chicken rice. The strong-flavored sauces such as dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce go very well with the chicken, and paired with the clay pot rice with a caramel-bitter taste, it is very delicious. When I was paying, I looked up and saw the Michelin sign on the counter.
