A Week at Kuytun Longze Huili International Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in Kuytun for a week. Kuytun Longze Huili International Hotel (Jintai Plaza Branch) impressed me even before I arrived. Shortly after booking, a receptionist called to confirm my arrival time and asked if I needed location details. Her voice was sweet and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM, and its central location in the city made parking hassle-free. As soon as we entered the parking lot, I could sense the hotel's professionalism and high standards. The security guards, dressed in white uniforms with gold accents, caught my attention. One greeted us with a salute, and another helped with our luggage as soon as we stepped out of the car—something I hadn’t experienced at any other hotel during my journey from Shanghai. The lobby was clean and spacious, approximately 800 square meters, exuding a sense of luxury. It featured numerous comfortable sofas, complimentary tea, and snacks. Upon entering, a beautiful receptionist (a local Uyghur girl) greeted us warmly and guided us through the check-in process. She even served water to all three of us, which felt incredibly thoughtful. After completing the check-in, the receptionist informed me that a welcome fruit platter had been prepared and stored in the room’s refrigerator for us. This level of service amazed me, making me wonder if I was dreaming. After check-in, the receptionist escorted us to the elevator and explained that breakfast was served in the lobby from 8 AM to 11 AM, and the gym and laundry facilities were located on the second floor. The guest room had a relaxing wooden decor, and to my surprise, the air conditioning had already been turned on, maintaining a comfortable temperature. The hotel’s slogan, "Feel at home while away," truly resonated with me. From the moment I booked to the time I checked in, I genuinely felt the warmth and comfort of home. The room was soundproof, and the latex pillow was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. Since I had business to attend to in the area for a week, I decided to stay at this hotel for the entire duration. No matter how busy my day was, returning to the hotel felt like coming home. For someone traveling over 5,000 kilometers, this was deeply touching. It was the first time I felt emotional about staying at a hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely choose it again next time. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, offering top-notch service at a reasonable price. During my stay, I learned from the staff that the hotel has over 90 rooms and is located at 33 Tuanjie North Street, Tianbei New District, Kuytun City. Just 20 meters away is Jintai Plaza, which offers a variety of dining and entertainment options, including Xinjiang cuisine, hot pot, fast food, and even a small barbecue area within the hotel premises. The prices are fair, and there’s no fear of being overcharged. The hotel also offers a simple buffet lunch for 25 RMB per person, making it convenient to dine without leaving the premises. Room options include twin rooms, double rooms, and family rooms. On the second floor, there’s an indoor slide for kids, which I noticed while doing laundry. Transportation is also convenient, with taxis starting at 7 RMB. The city is small and traffic-free, making it easy to get around. I booked through Ctrip, and the hotel even sent a guide in advance to ensure I wouldn’t get lost. This hotel is truly the most comfortable one I’ve ever stayed at.
