You don’t even need to exert yourself dragging your luggage! The room is full of delightful surprises✨ As soon as you put down your luggage, they bring you a welcome fruit platter, and the sweet green grapes are absolutely amazing! There’s also a full set of Pu’er tea utensils on the coffee table, and the butler will personally teach you how to brew tea. You can sip tea while listening to their Lijiang travel tips, which are way more useful than reading ten travel guides. What impressed me the most is the 24-hour butler service! Want hot water in the middle of the night? They’ll bring it to you. Need to change your itinerary last minute? They’ll adjust your transportation and guide arrangements immediately. They even prepare oxygen bottles for your trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in advance (Pro tip: Ask the butler for snacks, and they’ll give you a huge bag of flower cakes!). The location is unbeatable: It’s a 40-minute drive to the Big Waterwheel in the Old Town and just 1 hour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain or Blue Moon Valley. It’s much quieter than staying in the Old Town, so you can get a good night’s sleep. And the Guanyin Gorge is even better! The hotel provides a special route map to avoid the crowded glass walkway entrance used by tour groups, so you can take photos without competing for spots. 💰The value is off the charts With airport shuttle service and butler service included, it’s only a little over $200 per person. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang!
