Silver Cave (银子岩) – A Sparkling Detour in Yangshuo

As part of my Detian Waterfall day tour, I got to explore another gem I hadn’t expected to love so much — Silver Cave (银子岩) in Yangshuo. It was like stepping into an underground world of glowing stone and ancient silence. The cave is massive and beautifully lit, with stalactites and stalagmites glistening like silver, hence the name. Every turn revealed surreal rock formations with poetic names like “Music Screen” and “Snow Mountain With Waterfall” — all enhanced by dramatic lighting and reflections on the underground pools. It was a refreshing contrast to the open roar of Detian — here, it was quiet, cool, and dreamlike.
