The first cafe of Trip opens with a cafe that we have been meaning to visit since we were in Thailand. It is a cafe that has been popping up on our social media very often... This is WatchHouse, a cafe with many branches in London. But the branch we chose can be called their HQ because it is both a roastery, a training center, and a cafe storefront that is unlike any other. The shop is not far from Borough Market, about a 15-20 minute walk. The shop may not be very big, but it is fully equipped with coffee and bakery.
