Yubara Onsen Mori no Hotel Roche Hall

I had been interested in this restaurant, which is part of the Seishin Oriental Hotel in Kobe, so I stayed at the Roche Hall Kaiseki course, which included one night's stay and two meals! There were a lot of noisy groups of families and students, probably on a training camp, and it felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. It was much further away than I thought, so I didn't make it in time and ended up arriving just before 8pm, but they were happy to accommodate me, and although the course order was already prepared and out of order, it was delicious. They were very kind and polite, which was nice. The hotel itself is very old, so the room keys and other facilities are old and the overall atmosphere is old-fashioned. I can't believe that the front desk staff, both male and female, were so rude and unacceptable for the face of the hotel, that I wasted my precious time. It's unpleasant and unforgivable.
