Hock Kee: A Sweet Stop on Jonker Street

#malaccaguide One of the highlights of walking along Jonker Street was finding Hock Kee Confectionery. The shop felt warm and inviting, with trays of golden pastries fresh out of the oven. The scent of baked goods filled the air, making it impossible to walk past without stopping. I grabbed a buttermilk pie and a waffle biscuit, and both were delicious – soft, buttery, and perfect for snacking as I continued exploring. This shop is a must-visit for anyone who loves traditional Malaccan treats or wants to bring home some edible souvenirs.
