The steam locomotive you can actually ride here has a history of 100 years. Thomas the Tank Engine was born on the Puffing Billy train that runs right here in the Dandenong Ranges! (They actually run the Thomas the Tank Engine on Children's Day😆) If you've seen the Harry Potter movie, you've probably heard the sound of the steam locomotive, but you can hear the retro sound yourself. It's no secret that you're addicted to the poop-poop sound😁 If you ride the steam locomotive through the Dandenong Ranges, the japchae of Jurassic Park, you'll feel like you've traveled back in time. The scenery is so pretty!! This train was shut down in the 1970s due to a landslide. It is said that locals worked hard to restore the train, which carried wood, fruit, and cargo day and night.
