Review of Khao Man Kai 8 Bistro (or some people may know it as 8 Dining) Korat Actually, I have eaten there many times, but I just got around to writing a review because the Khao Man Kai here is really good. It’s like authentic Singaporean food, not Thai-style. The chicken is soft and juicy, the rice is fragrant and not too oily. There are three types of dipping sauces — chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and orange sauce. They are all delicious. But what I really like is the creamy chicken liver. It’s so smooth and melts in your mouth. When you eat it, you’ll be like, “Hmm, I won’t say much, my mouth is watering 😆” The shop is near The Mall Korat, near The Link condo. It’s not hard to find. There’s also parking space. I like the atmosphere of the shop. It has a bit of a cafe feel. It’s comfortable to sit in. You can come alone or with friends. Most importantly, they have live music in the evening. If you want to change your mood from your usual Khao Man Kai shop, you have to try it. Prices start at around 60–70 baht. If you order chicken and liver, it costs a little more, but I think it’s worth it. If you like Khao Man Kai with something special, not just rice and chicken, I highly recommend this shop. 🕰️ The shop opens early in the morning (around 8 am). If you want to eat chicken rice for breakfast, you can. As for dinner, it's a fusion style with a bit of a party atmosphere.
