A Highly Cost-Effective Magnotel in Nanjing

I've been putting off writing this review, but now I must recommend this Magnotel at Huxu branch in Nanjing. A while ago, a friend came to visit me in Nanjing. I originally planned to host them at my place in Jiangning, but the hotel prices nearby were shockingly high. Surprisingly, this Magnotel at Huxu branch offered incredibly affordable rates. Located at No. 8 Ruize Road, Huxu Street, Jiangning District (inside Jinbao Commercial Plaza), the hotel boasts an excellent location. It's conveniently close to the highway exit with easy access by car, plus it offers free parking with ample spaces - just scan a QR code at the front desk when leaving. The China Pharmaceutical University subway station is 6km away (about 13 minutes by taxi), and there's a bus stop right across the street, providing multiple transportation options. It's especially convenient for those coming from Jurong West Station or visiting nearby companies. The hotel features simple yet elegant decor that creates a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are warm and friendly - you'll notice this immediately during the efficient check-in process, and they're quick to help with any issues. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an exceptionally thorough job - you'll enjoy a tidy environment even during extended stays. Thoughtful amenities include complimentary bottled water, red tea bags, and green tea bags. The bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas for added comfort and convenience. Facilities are comprehensive: there's a buffet breakfast restaurant with varied, tasty options to start your day right; a self-service laundry room with dryers makes laundry a breeze; and the front desk even provides disposable toilet seat covers and razors, showing attention to detail. The surrounding area is equally impressive. Numerous restaurants offer everything from street food to hot pot, with a lively night market downstairs in the evening. Next door you'll find Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and Luckin Coffee - a treat for bubble tea and coffee lovers. Supermarkets and pharmacies are within easy reach, and nearby attractions like Yangliu Lake Scenic Area and East Outlets provide plenty of leisure options. If I had to mention any minor drawback, some might find the room layout slightly lacking in privacy. But overall, Magnotel Huxu branch offers exceptional value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
