📍Kokubu Bamboo Lantern Path of Aspiration The romantic and fantastical bamboo lanterns of the Kokubu Bamboo Lantern Path of Aspiration have become a seasonal feature of winter in Nangoku City. Approximately 2,000 large and small Moso bamboo stalks and 4,000 candles and LEDs will be used to decorate 11 locations in Kokubu. You can enjoy a romantic evening surrounded by a fantastic atmosphere. The Kokubu Bamboo Lantern Association, which is made up of local residents, has been holding the event every year since 2015.
