This is a Japanese garden located near the tourist spots of Nara, Ukimido and Sagiike. The restaurant Tekisui, which is used by the luxury inn Fufu Nara, is located in one corner. Yogayama Garden is the former Nantou Villa Garden of the Yamaguchi clan. It was the site of the villa of Yamaguchi Yoshirobei, who was active in the Osaka financial world from the Meiji to Taisho periods, and is a garden with a history of cultural exchange between painters and tea masters such as Komidera Hachizan in the past in the garden and tea room. On the day of our visit, the tea room was also open to the public free of charge. You can also stroll around the garden itself for free, so it is highly recommended.
